Clwb Rygbi Caernarfon has retired its number 5 shirt for the rest of the season as a tribute to Jack Davies.

Over £467,000 will be spent on boosting cycling tourism across Anglesey and Gwynedd ahead of next year's Tour de France Grand Depart.

RGC will return to league action next weekend following the sudden death of Jack Davies.

Tributes have been paid to a young rugby player who has died suddenly at the age of 24.

Third-tier CPD Y Felinheli will visit Cymru Premier club Llandudno in the third round of the Welsh Cup.

Caernarfon Town began their Welsh Cup defence with a 3-1 win over Flint Town United in the second round.
