A woman has died following a car crash on the A5 near Holyhead.
Police say the single vehicle collision, involving a black Citroen C3, occurred at The Cob between 11pm on Saturday night and 12.14am on Sunday evening.
The woman was taken to hospital where she later died.
Her next of kin have been informed.
Sgt Leigh McCann from the Roads Crime Unit at North Wales Police said: "I am urging anybody who may have been in the area at the time, anybody who witnessed the collision, or anyone who saw a black Citroen C3 being driven in the area between these times, to contact us."
"I am also asking anyone who may have CCTV or dashcam footage of the vehicle to get in touch. Our thoughts are with the lady’s family at this very difficult time, who are being supported by officers.”
