Free parking will be provided in all of Cyngor Gwynedd's car parks in the run-up to Christmas.
It will be available in all council-run car parks across the county from 11am each day, between Saturday 14th and Friday 27th December.
Cllr Craig ab Iago, cabinet member for the environment, said: "We hope that the people from Gwynedd and beyond will make the most of this offer and support the wide range of fantastic businesses our county has to offer."
Parking fees will be reintroduced from Saturday 28th December - and all pay & display machines in the council's public car parks will be signposted.
