A man has been cleared of causing serious injury by dangerous driving following a crash near Bangor.
Three teenagers were injured following the two-vehicle collision involving a white VW Golf and a black Vauxhall Corsa on the A487 Treborth Road in September.
The driver of the Corsa, a 17 year-old girl, was taken to the Royal Stoke University Hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Stephen Mills (57) of no fixed abode was found not guilty at Mold Crown Court after prosecutors decided not to offer any evidence, following a review into the crash investigation.
But he now faces two alternative charges of careless driving and one involving a breach of legal vision standards on the highway.
Mr Mills, who did not attend court on Friday, will appear before magistrates at a later date.
