A man has been charged with assault following a domestic incident in the Bangor area.
Police were called to an undisclosed location in the city on Monday night.
Leon John Welling (24), has also been charged with intentional strangulation and criminal damage.
He is due to appear before Llandudno magistrates court on Wednesday morning.
